Diane is a Bismarck native, born and raised. A graduate of St. Mary’s Central and the University of Mary, she has a great love for her hometown and North Dakota. After graduating from UMary and St. John’s University, she worked for a local church serving a wide range of people – from babies to elderly, school kids and teens, new members and parents.

“Working at Northland Care Coordination is a great fit for me. I love people and building relationships. I am familiar with their services as they were of great assistance with my own parents as they grew older. Help with the simplest tasks can make a person’s day go 100% better! My best example of the good of this organization and my love for what they do was when my ten-year-old son heard that my parents would be receiving help with household tasks, medications and running errands. With a very eager look in his eyes, he said, ‘So we don’t have to do their chores anymore? Now we can just go visit them?’

Diane and her husband, Kennen, reside in Bismarck with their six children. Her time is spent working on a quality marriage, attending her children’s activities, making photo books and reading. Her love for camping is a great family activity and allows time in their “home away from home” – their fifth-wheel camper!

“I am truly blessed to have been called to this work. I am eager to get to know the clients, their families and our care givers as I grow in my role. My work background and my own large family of seven siblings has shaped me into a compassionate, helpful person who has the needs of others in the forefront of my mind. I am looking forward to providing the same quality care (my parents received) to the clients and caregivers of this organization. I know the importance of friendships and great need for assistance with everyday responsibilities.”
